Carmina
Carmina is Glacia’s twin sister. She is a highly trained combatant, and is a shrewd businesswoman. A prominent member of her House, she came to Neth in order to expand the interests of her House on the up-and-coming world.
Carmina was a founding member of the legendary team known as Victory Talon, serving through numerous wars. After the team's breakup, she left the military, returning to her House and working her way to prominence within its ranks. Carmina is quite wealthy and has numerous business interests, most recently on Neth.
